There is no real fix for low IPD (eyes too close together) except rhino to make the nose slimmer. This is his main failo.

He needs PFL also. with better PFL and under eye, shorter maxilla and ccw more bottom third show he would look far better, someoen with morphing skill should try and replicate what I suggest.
