Why is this happening?

Ok so whats happening is really good but i dont get why its happening. So im in my second year of lifting making progress every now and then but since feburary my progress has been insane weight moving up to 10 lbs every session increasin reps every session maxing out a machine every month. Im just curious on how all of these new gains are happening.
