To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick and Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick's existencial catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a Rick and Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

I think he’s trying to be helpful but he honestly gives shit advice and ratings.

Most of what you claim is wrong. You are twisting my words and making me say things that I never said.

-I never said that I will put him in jail
-I never told him how to get a better physique
-I consider myself to be average looking and have said it too many times to count
-Those pictures are not all from the same year
-The badminton video is from 2017 and the shirtless photo next to it is from 2020
-The photo in my bathroom is from 2016 which is before I started training and before my surgery which was in 2018
-The video where you found that side profile is from 2020
-I never did a plastic surgery in my life (maxillofacial jaw surgery isn't even in the same category)
-The skinny fat look is due to a lack of muscle mass and 15% body fat which is where I am. A muscular guy at 20% will actually look leaner than me at 15% because I have very little muscle

-I have not trained for 4 years consistently. It was always on and off, but 2016 and 2017 were the times I was the most consistent because I was starting out. Then, in 2018, my surgery prevented me from training for a while so I trained only for a few months, and in 2019, I had my first stressful full time job so I didn't lift at all for the entire year, and in 2020, I was being more consistent than I had been in a long time when they decided to close all the gyms. And since it takes me 1 month to get my strength back after a long break, since the short reopening wasn't enough time for me to make progress. Now I have my home gym so it won't be a problem, being consistent is super easy now and the government can't stop me from training anymore.

-In total, I have maybe around 1 year and a half of experience in the gym but since I started I have read a lot of conflicting information and I applied it all to my training.
-My first results came in my first month of training in april-may 2016 then I was stuck for a long time at the same weights. When I found Kinobody's programs in 2017, that was when I finally got more results and very quickly but then when I found full body workouts, I switched to Blaha's first novice program, then i switched to his second novice program in 2018, then just recently in 2020, I switched to a 5 day upper lower program that I learned to make myself.

-Over time, everything improved except my physique, I was eating enough, I was being consistent, I was on a better program than most people, and I was using better form than most guys in the gym also. The reason why my physique never improved is because it took me a long time to find all that information and since I am very tall, I would need to be using all that information for at least 1 year before I see some results, and it would only be after 2-3 years that I would finally become very muscular, this is because muscle gain as a natural is very slow and you need to have every variable taken into account, if you fuck up with just one of those variables, it can slow down your progress by a lot and that was always my problem.

-So now, what I am doing on here is that all the information that I learned after hundreds of hours of research and a lot of time in the gym, I am not only applying it to myself but I am giving back also by sharing it all for free instead of keeping it to myself. Why? Because I know that if this worked for someone like me who has the worst genetics for building muscle, then the same thing will work for everyone else and it will work even better if they were already getting results from the bad advice that they had learned previously.

I know that not everyone will believe me, read or even apply the information that I am offering, but it does not matter because there will always be a few that do and I will have an impact on their lives. Right now I am training to be as muscular as possible naturally so I can sell this information and get paid a lot of money for it. I waste my time a lot because I don't know what to do with my free time most of the time, talking on a forum seems easier than starting a new tv show, movie, video game, or book for some reason, so I do it, I come here and write long essays just because it's a fun thing for me.

It is ADHD and I am a perfectionist at the same time. However, as you can see by looking through my post history, I have stopped writing essays recently, and switched from high effort to low effort. I think that the gymmaxxing I am doing right now must have helped me in that regard. And at the same time, making threads making fun of my essays made me want to do it less.
