Reading over it I dont actually know either tbh. What to do about one side being flatter and narrower than the other side of the face.

I really don't see it but in general thats smt you can only maybe fix with surgeries.

Bro one side of this guys face is a different shape compared to the other. I outlined it in red. I have the same issue but I chose not too use my own photo for obvious reasons.
