Since PEEK is as good as titanium and can be placed easier still being strong as bone nature.

Does titanium last longer or give better appearence ?

Surgerons claims that PEEK is easier to install in facial structure, but that its solid as the bone, where titanium is harder than bone.

How can PEEK be easier to install if its still as hard as a bone.. its not sillicone

I'm not sure. I can only give you a economic reason as to why the value of these products may vary.

But i wonder why people use titanium if PEEK is as good and less expensive ..

at least with my surgeon (Turkish) it is not. it's quite a bit less expensive actually. €4k vs €7k for titanium vs PEEK custom jaw implants.

They have same erosion ? maybe titanium fusion less with bone over time so gains are more permanent ?
