Why is turinabol such a preferred roid in combat sports?

Because it’s for strength, not weight gain. It allows a large amount of strength to be built up without going outside your weight class which is essential in combat sports. It’s also good for recovery, and notoriously hard to catch (depending on the sport) because it has a short half life.
