Blows my mind. Why? It improves the whole maxilla which is (one of) the most important bones of the midface and the entire face as well. Maxilla = law (eg.: prime leo)

Too much risks added with the costs, added to the simple fact 90 percent of surgery users are females and they tend to go for non facial operations like tits and other useless body parts. That often fades and withers after a decade or so in other words it's males fault for not being larger consumers of surgery if more males wanted plastic surgery then lefort 2 would be a standard.

I think it's risky and unneccessary if you have a recession in lefort 2 area probably you have recession in lefort 3 area too so they probably perform lefort 3 or modified lefort 3 instead.

So why instead only a shitty lefort1? Blows my mind.

Cause lefort ones are safer as your literally moving the whole nasal ridge when you perform a lefort 2 the chances of blindness are high and even higher if you extend this to lefort 3

lf3 requires a coronal. that in of itself barres it from being a cosmetic surgery
Do you think modified Lefort 3 is less risky than Lefort 1. I heard this opinion on this forum but I don't remember who said this

Not really. The standard variation of MLF3 is essentially a malar osteotomy

Nigga being blind is no fun

Do you guys have any info about modified lefort 3? Cuz i couldn't find detailed info anywhere. Like where are the incisions made and what are the improvements-results etc.
Really depends on the surgeon. The standard MLF3 is a malar osteotomy basically so the orbitals and the zygos are moved
