Why it is so hard need help to fix skin

To skin bleach then maintain results
I got results from hydroquinone+tretnion I cycle it for 70 days but eventually cause of my habits skin barrier disrupt and I lost it how to do it and maintain results

Beta glucan
Estriol
Cleanser
Moisturizer
Sunscreen
Hydroquinone
Tretnion
Azelaic
Still I fk it up
My plan is
HQ+ tretnion after 3 months again cycle in a right way
Then maintain results from azelaic and tretnion is it enough and work?
