It honestly might have something to do with people preferring more of the 'mainstream' solutions.

Like everyone says 'oh hop on tret or accutane ', and if you're some weird guy in the replies saying 'oh yeah derma-stamp' in a world full of retinoid glazers, you'll get shit upon.

So if you get shit upon, not only does it ruin YOUR day, but the person who asked for advice on their skin in the first place would see your take getting sharted on and go 'damn look at this fuckin retard, anyway time to get some tret '

I just use a dermastamp

derma stamp is shit and waste of money because u spent 10$ for something that ur going to use 3 times before the needles go dull
and the derma pen have cardridges that u can change and its much safer, easier more efficient then derma stamp by 5xtimes

and if u already used ur derma stampt for 5+ sessions now the needles are probably dull and u only doing damage to the skin with no benefits

yea, true i use use derma stamp with minox so i don't go bald / horrid genes.

yea but trust me get a new derma stamp every 4/5 sessions because when needles are dull ur only demaging ur scalp with almsot no benefits and derma stamp its harder to clean so u have low risk of getting infection, u can get dr.pen m8 for like 60$ and its automatic + have cardrigdhes to change and its much more effictient and stamp ur scalp evenly
