The common stereotype of Italians and of Jews is that they have huge noses.
What else do they have in common? They had advanced civilization for many years, the Italians had the Roman Empire and the Jews had whatever the fuck they had being cockroaches but they were clearly very advanced. This caused them to consume a large amount of grains, being self domesticated, not enough meat, etc. Many generations of this has lead to their facial structures being very degenerated, their faces developing a convex structure with big noses.
Compare this now to the Germanic and the Scandinavian peoples, who were very uncivilized, the Germanic barbarians and the Scandinavian Vikings being the main groups. Since Germans and Nordics have had much less generations of degeneration, they are much more beautiful, the classic Nordic phenotype having sharp facial features, hooded eyes and a straight forehead.
