Firstly, there is few regulations on who can operate. You are not guaranteed that your surgeon even have a medical or plastic surgery degree which is not a present problem in most of europes countries.

They dont have the same standard when it comes to sterilizing or anesthesia

Once you leave the country you are your local countries problems. Their is no rules or laws that you as a foreigner can point to if you need revision or anything apart from morale from surgeon. Basically you be ghosted like giant has been doing to some patients apparently

You basically has zero right as a patient esp if tourist
