Get lean, have good habits (sleep well, eat well, good postureo) and do bs if u want

I understand where your coming from man I’ve been bullied basically my entire life and that really fucked me up mentally however in the last year my life improved drastically I got real friends I improved my looks and overall improved my quality of life the best advice I can give is focus on yourself and put yourself in the mindset where it’s not over until you say it’s over best of luck to you man.
