Background: Getting the obvious out of the way, Logan Paul is 26, 6'2, 200lbs (but cannot weigh more than 190 in the fight), and has a wingspan of 76". Floyd Mayweather is 44, 5'8, 150lbs, and 72" wingspan. Obviously if skill was equal, Logan would easily win, but that is not the case, as Mayweather has a 50-0 record meanwhile Logan has a 0-1 record. But there is nuance to that. Pretty much besides 2 out of the 50 fights that Floyd has had, theyve all had a shorter reach than him. And out of the two that had a longer reach than Floyd, those being Connor Mcgregor and Tony Pep, Tony Pep was the only one above 6', at 6'1.5, he was the tallest fighter Floyd has faced, and also the only pro boxer as Connor is a ufc fighter. So then, if he couldnt beat Floyd, why can Logan, who isn't even a professional boxer? The answer is, the weight. Tony Pep was classified as a light welterweight which means above 135lbs and under 140. Logan Paul can weigh a lot more than that vs Floyd Mayweather as stated earlier. Tony Pep is very lanky and lacked power because of it vs Floyd. So, physically speaking, Logan Paul is a whole new territory to Mayweather.
As for Logans record of 0-1, he fought KSI who is 6' and the same reach as Logan, obviously not the same opponent as Floyd physically. But the reason why he lost was because of the judge who deducted 2 points for hitting KSI while he was down. You know the only other time 2 points was deducted? When Mike Tyson bit off Evander Holyfield's ear. KSI won by split decision and literally won by a point, had the judge made the better call and deduced one point from Logan, Logan would've won.
How Logan can win: One thing he has going for him is his wrestling experience in high school in college where he mogged hard. Even wrestling against Paulo Costa, ranked second in middleweight in the UFC, he held his own well and even got complimented by Costa:
Now why does wrestling matter in this discussion? Clinching. Logan Paul's clinching was extremely effective against his boxing matches vs KSI, which even annoyed KSI when he talked about his first (I believe?) fight against Logan. Okay so Logan is good at clinching, what will that do him against the best defensive boxer in history? Well, remember I told you about the 2 point deduction? Look at what happens here:
Once Logan got a hold of KSI, he continued with another uppercut and it sends KSI stumbling. So pretty much, Logan has to play foul. He has the wrestling talent and reach advantage to get a hold of Floyd, and has the punching power to send someone small like him rocking. Floyd can dodge punches, but not the hold of someone with a 4 inch reach advantage whose straight arm is in level with Floyd's head, not even mentioning Logan's strength. I'm sure Logan is aware of this, and I'm sure he has it in him to do it, because he said he wants to hurt him:
So Logan has to abuse this and then he can eventually KO Floyd or the ref calls a TKO.
What if it's rigged?: Then it's definitely going to Logan. Think of it like this, Floyd only accepted the fight because he's guaranteed $100m, money drives Floyd Money Mayweather, nothing else. He doesn't nearly care as much about the sport of boxing as he does himself, hence he disrespected the sport by accepting the fight, he doesn't care to promote boxing itself. He has literally nothing to gain "cloutwise," he is a household name, zoomer or boomer doesn't matter, mogs Logan Paul in social media followers, is highly respected, etc. It's all about the money. So if there's a price to pay to see him lose, Floyd will take it up so long as he likes it. But what about tarnishing his image you may ask? Well, Floyd has his answer for you:
Not to mention, Floyd isn't taking it seriously AT ALL:
To Floyd, it's simply an exhibition match that won't touch his record. Logan, on the other hand, is taking it very seriously and you most likely won't be able to buy him out. So, if it is rigged, what's most likely going to happen? The odds are highly stacked against Logan: View attachment 1142448
so, obviously betting on the underdog will generate a much bigger payout. There has never been odds so stacked in favor of Floyd. The top dollar betters see this and promise Floyd collective portions of the bet or some other source of money and Floyd loses for them.
Floyd's other exhibition: If you saw the video I linked where he said he didn't care about losing an exhibition match, that was for his match against pro Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, who was at the time 32-0 (and now 40-0). Why didn't Floyd accept a potential rig to lose since it was also an exhibition match? A couple of reasons,
1. Floyd only got $9m for the fight compared to $100m confirmed vs Logan.
2. The odds arent nearly as one sided:
View attachment 1142449
3. Tenshin literally has nothing to bring to the table for Floyd, he's irrelevant in the west, this could even be looked as charity from Floyd. Japanese kickboxing got a boost because of Floyd.
4. Why would he want to lose against a 5'4 gook lmao. He's even smiling in the match (ngl its hilarious you should watch it):
TL;DR: If the fight is legit, Floyd will lose because Logan, with the help of his wrestling talent, 6 inch height advantage, 4 inch reach advantage, can grab onto Floyd and throw power punches while holding him. Even if its a foul, Logan can then cleanly KO Floyd. If the fight is fixed, betters see the odds stacked against Logan so they will bet on Logan and promise cash to Floyd to throw it for them. Floyd will easily accept it as long as he likes the price because he doesn't care if he gets knocked out in an exhibition match.

*only if the match is fixed this will matter
itll help logan grab onto floyd to then commit fouls like punching while holding him. he did this to ksi before and it rocked ksi, it would do more damage to floyd, a smaller man.
muhh dedication muhh hard work, hes mastered defense against other manlets. paul was complimented by paulo costa, a big fuckin guy, cant imagine what hed do to floyd if he committed fouls (which should be his game plan)
This.^You're actually retarded and never boxed a day in your life, Logan Paul has no chance against Floyd in boxin
