Why do i keep seeing people talking about using a dose of like 100mg/w in a stack intended for height instead of like 250+mg?

If its cuz of estrogen couldn't you just use an AI instead?

Whats up man, likely because estrogen is what fuses your growth plates. Higher test = more aromatization = more estrogen = plates close faster. An AI helps but you can't perfectly control e2 with an AI, you'll either crash it and feel like death or still have enough to accelerate closure. Low dose test keeps baseline hormones healthy for growth while minimizing the estrogen signal telling your bones to stop growing. The whole point of height stacks is to keep e2 as low as possible without crashing it while using GH or other peptides to actually drive the growth, the test is just there so you don't feel like shit hormonally.
