There are literally zero useful posts, no niche advice worth a damn, and even if there is, it always comes from the same four guys. At best, you get one high-quality thread every three weeks. There is LITERALLY NO ONE interested in talking about surgery or actual theories anymore. I once made a thread asking for surgery advice and all I got was mocked, zero real answers. Then you go to the off-topic section and it’s just 20 retards spamming useless, insignificant shit, tagging each other just to farm likes. This whole place has lost whatever meaning it had at the start. Realize that nobody here cares about surgeries or the serious stuff we used to discuss. The topic is slowly shifting; this forum has just become an attention-whoring den for 14-year-old outcast retards. It’s a shame

We pay for the only thing we have no control over: our genetics. But with humility and perseverance, once we swallow the bitter pill, once we accept to carry the burden on our shoulders, we can ascend.
