Hell = intense psychological suffering
Everything we experience is relative to another state of perception. For example, you can feel objects with some of your senses because of the relative difference in material properties of the air. Its the contrast created by this difference in electromagnetic forces that induces this perception
Its the same for everything really, light exists because dark exists as well, etc. Every piece of information exists in relation with its opposite.
The world is built on dualistic principles
Therefore, for hell to exist, something which resembles paradise needs to exist as well. And for someone to experience hell, he needs to have had some form of experience with paradise. Paradise could mean a state of inner peace, blissfulness, euphoria.
Now ok, we can all agree that most people in the world suffer, and that suffering is way more prevalent than not.
And we know that only a few lucky people (chads) experience paradise on earth.
Since life is mostly suffering for the vast majority of people, one could make the argument that the few moments of joy we experience only exist to remind us of our suffering and to make us suffer even more. Therefore, life can be defined, generally speaking as a place where intense suffering takes over moments of joy. AKA hell
Why would that be ?
Well there are some possible explanations. I personally think there exists a predatory higher dimensional 'race' which sucks off the energy from us, and for some reason they tend to prefer the low vibrational type
