Why men looksmaxxing is suddenly trending ???

I mean just some couple years ago and in the past generations majority of people beleived that beauty is mainly important for women and for men the real thing that matters is their career, success or money, beauty (handsomeness) is good to have thing and just an little additional advantage but not necessarily a thing on which much focus or craze is is shown.

THEN WHY DID "MEN LOOKSMAXXING" is trending like fuck and every other guy is treating their looks as much important (or even more important) than thir career or money etc.



My hypothesis is that as (especially is west) women have gained financial freedom and they are not dependent on men for this money stuff, so now the main thing they look for in their partner is looks and that's why new generation of men is desperately trying to looksmaxx.
