Wrong, he has feminine low set zygos that are shaped like bulbs like you said which make him look really femenine in some pics. Notice how he has lower set cheekbones than the other model with more masculine ones that are smaller but higher set.

They are masculine, but more feminine than average. His cheekbones have a lot of forward protrusion, but he still has a good zygomatic arch so I would say it still leans a bit towards the masculine.
