Meth...ylphenidate
Sorry for the little bit of a bait boyos but its genuinely true. Ritalin is genuine lifefuel for me, I used to be very talkative (in a bad way) and was never relaxed or able to focus on my work when needed. I was impulsive, would make trivial comments when it wasn't needed, and would get distracted from any important work. I went to my doctors and since I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was younger I was able to take an extended release methylphenidate (ritalin) which is a cns stimulant (differs from addy).
The only bad side effects I noticed was appetite suppression, but it wasn't that bad if you have some willpower.
It's so amazing for me since now I am relaxed and don't feel the need to talk to people all the time for no reason at all. I can also focus really well when studying or doing any sort of work that needs concentration. Just don't take this and then jerk off or you will just be the most concentrated gooner oat, do ur fucking work.
I started at 10mg for one day (felt nothing), so I upped it to 20mg (better) and I've settled at 30mg since I feel the best and I don't rape my appetite or sleep.
