Hey guys imagine this.
The actual population is struggling, theyre paying taxes, and can still not afford children, and if they do they meet them less than 20 hours per week causing them to become spergy.
So they use the popilations money onto migrants who make 8 children cause its practically free. Allow them to run arround freely, becoming more social more criminal etc.
Then when the goverments tap runs dry, the same migrants become poor, so the goverment needs to send more money.
