I'm really similar. It's not even that i don't want to fuck MTBs at all. More like I sometimes have a moment where the urge kicks in and I would like to invite an fwb over and fuck, but i don't even make the connections to women below htb because I don't feel it in a moment when i'm at the party or out somewhere, even when they give me attention and signals.

Alcohol also doesn't help with it, it makes me more confident but I'd rather focus my time on the friends than chasing girls, unless I'm sexually attracted to them for real.
