Ultra-processed garbage food, seed oils, endless scrolling instead of moving, fucked sleep, porn dopamine, low T from plastics/estrogen everywhere. Your body is in constant surplus mode. Things like calorie deficit, walk 10k steps daily, fasting and cardio, works. But it takes tooo damn long without consistency and if you dont have a patience.
