Why most results of implants are shit?

There are many causes why implant can looks like a bloated piece of fat instead of sharpening our facial features ,like bad surgeon, bad placement, long sweeling etc. But there are two main reasons which make or break implant results:
-Soft tissues thickness- the thicker is skin the worse results will look. This is mainly Gooks and Ethnics problem cause most Caucasians have thin or medium thickness of soft tissues.

-Material of implant- silicon is literally the worst material for facial implants-it's soft, easy to break, can give bloated look and erosion over time. Only advantage is his cheapness. The best materials for face implants are PEEK and titanium. Titanium is literally perfect, cause doesn't cause erosion is hard and can give really outstanding results.

high body fat + recessed face

if you want to do something with ur jaw then make sure you are low bodyfat and you arent recessed
if you are recessed then never go for jaw implants (@facemaxxed did it and he regrets irrc), go for bimax instead

all the features are connected to each other. a guy with a long ramus is much more likely to have a shorter midface, or a guy with narrower eyes is much more likely to have wider cheekbones. you never see people with the combination of features that the surgery results you posted have.

Yes, implants won't make your face look sharper. If you are high body fat and your face looks soft, it'll still look that way after an implant. Facial leanness is more important.

I disagree on silicon. The material doesn't really matter for the external look, the shape is most important. Any implant material can cause erosion, but it's usually only a very tiny amount. It most often occurs in the chin, but even then most cases are ~1 mm.
