Why my eyes look subhuman when I go out at night ?

During the day, my eyes look good I dont have any UEE but when I go out at parties and I drink, I have sooo much UEE I look tired af What can I do to avoid that ?

did you always have that spot in lower eyelid i have sth similar but it appeared recently

my eyes have less uee in the morning too maybe it's because the muscles are a bit different after you sleep
