filler or fat grafting should resolve the issue yes, but keeping some minimal uee could be good as it wont take away from your looks and in case you get more fat again your hooding wont look comical

yes, the filter made the UEE slightly smaller, the lower eyelid a bit tighter and the pfl (eye width) is also a bit bigger but pfl increase is not really something you can do even with surgeries
