Why my face bloats

idk why my face keeps bloating,i always jave a lean face even at 17+bf but now im always bloated or at least not as lean as before even though im like 12-13bf so im sure its not my bones,why the fuck i keep bloating,even when i didnt know high sodium and shit bloats you i looked leaner

I mean im 100% sure im less than 15bf,i also have above average bones,and i am cutting salt and i have zero sugars,could milk cause bloating? I drink a lot and idk maybe thats bloating me

Is always one of those factors, kids with good genetics don't bloat period. Just wait until your puberty is finished tbh.
