Ok thx, I had acne like 3 years ago and took dercutane. Also my skin is really really bad? Or is it just im used to see myself in my house with neutral lighting and Im not used to my face with natural light?

your skin is very decent just not model level
I do a whole lotta shit to fix mine rn but youll just have to see whats worth it for you

to fix that last 20% you can pin gh for collagen
do redlight but its a lot less efficient and more a small boost
skincare obviously
and wear sunscreen

I'm in same situation, collagen should help. Could use ghk-cu as it is a natural amino acid paired with copper which helps heal and repair skin
