Why my friend looks uncanny? good jaw and good eye area

Bc of his neck he has a pencil neck
And i think the jaw ratio is a bit off like he has a wide jaw but a narrowish chin a slightly wider chin would make it look better and a wider neck

Face too compact, narrow chin against the wide jaw looks weird
Also looks like he’s squinting too hard
