Do they sag or are firm? If you get more muscle, firm ones aren't really that visible and blend in to muscles more

It does help building upperchest cause the angle hides the gyno and looks like chest

I got a bit of gyno and I'm skinny so it'll be very noticeable if it progresses

You gonna just get it cut out? It cant grow back if its removed.
