theres some hair pills that i know it works ( i actually use it as well ) , its just a buch of nutrients that you need for your hair on a pill, pretty good tbh ( it also helps A LOT the growing )

you just swallow it daily and it will help your capilar health by A LOT.
i use Forever Hair, but i dunno if it has where you live ( the same one, i mean, hair suplements are everywhere, make a research on where you live and see the best one, there are shitty ones that doesnt really work )
edit:
theres also shampoos/masks/conditioneirs that serves the same purpose as well, but as far as i know the Suplement/pill are the best.
