Anything that actually makes a difference will inherently come with side effects.

The only thing that really differenciates natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals is that they suck so hard that big pharma cant profit off their prescription.
So theyre just marketed by the supplement industry instead

Best example of this is people taking bullshit herbs to lower dht because theyre afraid of side effects when the potential side effects are literally a one to one function of the effectiveness of the drug
