Well, I am not a truecel, or any type of cel for that reason. I am probably 5/10.

But I never had anything recessed like this guy. I just miss a few mm of bones here and there, and chubby cheeks, so no model looks for me. But i changed a LOT from the ages of 12 to 17. I don't remember exactly, but at least my jaw angularity improved a LOT. Not sure if it was bone, but there was SOME change.

I was just guessing about puberty. I am not a specialist, but all people, male and female, have FEMALE face in the childhood. Dimorphic traits actually develop when testosterone gets produced, or in puberty. If he had shitty test until e.g. 14 and then suddenly he had a surge in hormones BEFORE his growth plates closed, at 17, he could have had this jaw growth.

Again, I am not a child physician, I am just guessing here.

But if it is noT puberty, then it is photoshop or surgery. That simple. Mewing is cope, sry.
