low iq, the hebrew language (modern) was adopted by yiddish and french speakers. so when pronouncing words like "beseder" they used the french/yiddish phonology and applied it. and they apply the hebrew phonology to standard english cos they dont try.
think of how aussies cant say the word "better" like we do. it always comes out "bettah". its because they are applying the phonology of the aussie dialect (which was taken from retarded british prisoners and explorers) to the american dialect.
