So a rounded forehead (due to when your metopic suture closes which can be influenced by hormones and genetics) will make your eyes look smaller. This is my explanation to some cases

the forehead influences how deep set your eyes are since thats what casts the shadow. it has nothing to do with having big or small eyes. yes you can have too deep set eyes but im not sure if thats your case. most likely you just have deep set eyes that are small for your skull
