Supplement are cope And gym is bad for test tho (skipping/not eating breakfast is also a sign that you have high cortisol so that's not good it mean your body have a lot of stress/inflamation, mostly because of the gym i would say) And bonesmash works like at such a Little scale that its cope cuz it(the bone) will never grow more than 1mm so impossible to see any differences (for months/years of Bonesmashing lmao), only thumbpulling works jfl
