If I recall correctly, bone marrow is 3k per gram and a larger person may have around 2,500 grams . So one body could be 7.5 mil.

Just ask your grandparents if they would like to be a private in family organ donate. If one person is all you need then may as well just have it be by donation by your own family to help each other out in tough times. If my family asked, is do it in a heart beat if I don't have the money.

Stealing dead bodies just seems like literal blood money and I couldn't accept it.
