Never take SSRIs if you’re really depressed try getting MAOIs aka first class antidepressants but better use creatine progesterone sunlight as tools

slew of side effects, no guarantee they work, and they’re just a band aid.

i wouldn’t take SSRI’s for personal reasons but if you’re just saying no because of word of mouth then you should reconsider. They do have an effect for some people
