I have noticed everybody talks about a lot of BIMAX, a lot of implants, and even Malar implants, but most people don't even think about getting lean, and those who are lean, like me, then should start considering buccal fat removal. I feel like most people just want the hollow cheek look rather than having perfectly forward grown faces.
I'm obviously missing something.does anyone know if you don't have like crazy good cheekbones and stuff, does buckle fat removal just make you look really aged?

buccal fat removal is partially cope

Well I got it and I love the result, I love the result so much that I don't really care how the procedure is generally perceived, I have bad fat distribution and it really saved me.

Can I please see results in PM I’m planning out this surgery myself as I’m very lean and still have a puffier face

cheekbone implants are also used for increasing fwhr, decreasing esr, actual prominence

if ur getting implants just for a hollow cheek look then JFL

Zygomatic arch osteotomy can do that, implants can do that if silicone

any reason for silicone being the only material?

also i doubt anyone is getting an osteotomy done for that tbh

Is the osteotomy that painful to work with?

more so because it's gonna be more expensive, longer recovery, may need a revision if you get botched.

with implants it's more efficient for that area of the face imo in terms of cost and all the other variables - silicon no ingrowth but capsular contraction where the body basically separates it because it's foreign and that makes it harder to remove if anything goes wrong. I would have though titanium or PEEK would be superior tho.

then again i know nothing about implants rn.

More surgeries more bogdanoffmaxxed you become

Zygomatic sandwich osteotomy is performed by eppley, ram and raffaini etc. Its kinda common.

You need silicone as you cant place peek on the arch much thru oral incision.

oh the irony
the thing which is most lacking in most people is what we dont have the solution for
we do...

its not a risk if its pretty much certain
its an iq test then :feelswhy:
it's not certain it's a risk - there's a small chance but it's not something to overlook
