Blocking DHT doesn’t make you infertile. Sperm come from your testes, not your prostate. Most guys do fine on DHT blockers and testosterone usually stays normal or even goes up a bit. Some people might get side effects like ED, but it’s pretty rare and usually goes away if you stop. Saying it wrecks your hormones, fat, or gains is just overblown.
