Why only infras and not supras for the orbits?

Saw this from Eppley for an implant around the circumference. (No before/afters).

You don’t hear about that often though. Are supra orbital implants not a feasible choice for most people? I myself am trying to get deeper set eyes and am leaning towards blepharoplasty + infras. Anyone know of cases where someone got both infras and supras with good aesthetic results?

- few real results. its a niche

- tricky adjustment and there is a possibility that you will not be satisfied with it because it is a place that is not easy to hit right due to the contour.

-most people dont need it

It's extremely niche, can easily fuck up since it affects the contour, could make u hypermasculine and also most people don't need it

Most white people don't need supras since most of caucasian skulls already have strong supraorbitals, that's why. I think it's the same for a part of blacks(even though african skulls usually have high set glabella and brow bone) only asians have weak upper orbitals bone out of all race unless mixed. Fucked up infras are way more common
