seeing this pics makes you feel a lot of mixed feelings such as confusion, enrage, happy for them, hopeful for yourself but at most you will feel some sort of frustration.
Why?

Feeling weird or having a strong reaction when you see unattractive people dating attractive people can be attributed to a combination of psychological, social, and cultural factors. It's important tho that these feelings can vary from person to person.
the comparison of the looks between them will lead you might compare your own attractiveness or relationship status to theirs, which can evoke feelings of insecurity or self-doubt, making you feel bad about yourself.
which is why people say such things as:

"BRAH how did he bag her!!!"
"should of been me!!!"
"am i the problem!!?!?!"
"dude no wayy!!!"

from the hundreds of posts/videos i've seen of "oofy doofys" are filled with people reacting in a negative way to the couple, talking about their exprience's or even blaming themselves

Posts are filled with negative reactions because everybody intuitively understands genetic leverage, you can't artificially create a genuine relationship without it being present, to some significant degree, in both of the partners. People usually can't or won't formalize this concept, or get overrun by emotions when they are in the oofy doofy dynamic thinking they are the exception, but it is pure survivorship bias.
I don't blame their subconscious for wanting to maximize the chances of their genes making it to the next generation. They can't help themselves.
