Why .org users are giving so less rep to posts nowadays?

90% post I see here have tons of replies but 0 LIKES even tho the posts are really good and informative. Is it some greyCels propaganda? Since I see greys spamming replies in a post but nah ain't gonna give a single rep I remember all my notifications in .org were about getting reps now I just see people replying but not giving any rep.
