why pakistani fruit sellers have forward grown faces

i'm here on a holiday and all these dirt poor fruit sellers with 0 access to orthodontics or a dentist and even too poor to buy a toothpaste earning around $10=$12 on a good day have forward grown faces with usually high set cheekbones, granted they're failoed hard by their coloring BUT i have not seen a single recessed person so far with shit tier bone structure. What's the magic behind this? its all genes isnt it...environment does jackshit affects less than >15% of ur looks and good genes can even override that.
these men work in 40C straight with scorching sun hitting their skin for 10-15 years and never use sunscreen + barely have a single wrinkle YET theres me getting undereye lines at 17 despite rotting inside all day.
