Being taller is an advantage in sport you're taller and stronger. Some areas in sport like football "soccer" shorter players can be utilised easier as they have better controls and nimble. But for most part the lanklets are better.

Sports with weight rankings are much more fairer to manlets. Guys like Floyd can be seen as 'pound for pound' got despite the fact he'd get knocked out by ameteur heavyweights.
