I have noticed many people that live in colder climates are taller and stronger, Russians for example also people in netherlands are tall asf and live in colder climate

Heat ruins everything. It spoils food, it makes people shorter, it ruins the air quality, it instills a certain level of comfort in people that somehow turns into subhumanity. Heat gives us cancer and it also doesn’t temper our soul or immune system.

the netherlands isn't cold, the weather is just shit year round but we barely get frost in the winter.
