If I was trying to normalize bonesmashing in society, I would have to invent some sort of similar tool in functionality (if not better tailored to this purpose) that looks nothing like a hammer and that looks fancy and looks like an aesthetics tool like a microneedler or steel ice globes for face do
Because it is the stigma of the hammer that gets people
The fact that you just think of it being used for construction, for nails, to remove nails so u can take down the poster on ur wall from when u were 12 that is no longer age appropriate, or to hit nails
Since are people saying “haha you think that the dense collagenous scar tissue matrix theory applies to hitting your spots a few times per day a few sets each pretty hard”?
Or are they saying-
“Incels hitting themselves with a hammer haha”
“Imagine hitting yourself with a hammer”
“If you hit yourself with a hammer ur actually a complete and utter retard”
“Imagine thinking you can grow bone by hitting yourself with a hammer”

Or strawmanning time requirements out of nowhere like “hitting for (x crazy # of hrs) per day” for some reason, then not responding to a reasonable reply I gave @Grievous , which I always give to reasonable people, and sometimes even to brash dogmatic ones like this depending on the day

^Ive still seen no one compellingly show how my changes are anything besides bonesmashing in these comments or elsewhere; I’m open to hearing out anyone
But the domain dependence and limitations of the normie mind never cease to amaze. The types to write comments related to the hammer and not even the thing itself. To be so limited that you can’t see past the associations of a hardware tool that you already had. To be close minded enough to not look into an emerging method because it “seems crazy”
But most people are made to be sheep, standard issue minds and abstraction capability, standard issue low grade capacity for applying the right mental heuristics to a given situation and avoiding fallacious thinking. Which we all do to an extent btw. More meta awareness just means more and more fallacious ways of thinking transcended
