you dont have to believe that he is a photo editor (which is because someone doxxed his portfolio on LinkedIn), but if you have at least two digit iq, then it is clear to you that on those old photos, which according to him were edited by Indians from lookism - you will see that they are not edited at all and he is in his twenties, so there cant be no question of any bone growth.
