Why people think TRT is good?

I’ve heard that clav,bass and many people use trt but what is point of it when u are actually not low test? Isn’t the test will go down when you will hop off trt because it will not naturally produce?
I would love to hear yall opinion

can you not just do pct to fix this? or use hcg to keep them producing during cycle
