Why people think TRT is good?

I’ve heard that clav,bass and many people use trt but what is point of it when u are actually not low test? Isn’t the test will go down when you will hop off trt because it will not naturally produce?
I would love to hear yall opinion

you can be at the higher end levels of test like over 1000ng/dl

i had a stroke reading this but they need trt when they are off cycle cuz none of them have natural production on their own
