Social Role Theory is often taken as a 'social construct' a cope for the reality of human hierarchy. But we need to stop looking at SRT through the lens of sociology and see it for what it actually is a phenotypic filter. Your utility isn't determined by your 'personaliteehee.' It’s tied to your biological signaling specifically high T markers like bi-zygomatic width and gonial prominence. Soyciety (talking about women here) doesn't allow you to play a role because of your personality they allow it because of your bone structure.
Women (gonna use women to refer to society because, well, that's who we are trying to appeal towards) subconsciously scan your face for your fWHR (facial width to height ratio) to force you into 4 roles: Agentic, Communal, Subhuman, and Jester. A high fWHR is the key to making women place you in the Agentic Role tier. If you try to act as if you are in a role you are not for example, a subhuman trying to act like an agentic you will be mocked and you will be laughed at.
The mockery and laughter occur because when a subhuman attempts to larp as an alpha it creates a state of phenotypic incongruence. When women witness a dominant personality housed in a subhuman phenotype, it triggers a neurological defense mechanism. Their brains detect a "biological lie" , a behavior that the bone structure cannot support.

If your fWHR doesn't hit the Agentic threshold, but you aren't quite subhuman like I said before, you are forced into the communal Role. This is the tier of the beta or the cuck. Women view you as friendly, helpful, and fair, but never as a leader or a sexual priority.
In this role, you are a social tool. You are the nice guy who provides value through cooperation rather than status. The reality is that communal traits like warmth and nurturance are perceived as the opposite of Agentic power.
